About The Way Leadership

 

Our leadership philosophy aligns with our discipleship program – Jesus leads the way! Our leaders understand that, without Him, our efforts are in vain. Each one of our leaders recognizes the significance of cultivating intimacy with Him. We follow the cornerstone principles of The Way movement: Intimacy, Submit, Surrender, and Dependance. This mirrors Jesus' own approach, as He submitted to the Father, surrendered His will to Him, and depended on the Father in all His endeavors – all because of His deep and profound intimacy with the Father.
